Your primary responsibility will be to provide a secure environment by observing video monitors, patrolling hallways and building, and ensuring all doors are secured and locked in the evening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a highly visible presence to foster a sense of safety and security among residents and visitors.
  • Operate wireless communications equipment to maintain effective communication with the office.
  • Observe video monitors to monitor the premises and respond to any security incidents.
  • Patrol hallways, building, and parking lot to ensure a well-lit and secure environment.
  • Ensure all doors are secured and locked in the evening to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Keep a record of residents entering and leaving the premises to maintain accurate tracking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
