Youth Care and Support Professional

This Therapeutic Services Coordinator position requires a strong ability to work with emotionally challenged youth. The successful candidate will provide individualized support, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with experience working with high school-aged youth. Some college coursework is preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish skills are also desired. A valid NYS driver's license is mandatory.
