Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crisis Response Team Lead to oversee and supervise our Woodfield Crisis Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to crisis situations, supporting staff in therapeutic intervention, and modeling de-escalation techniques with youth. You will also coordinate facility inspections, manage fire safety drills, and ensure accurate documentation of all crisis-related incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A High School Diploma or GED
  2. 5 years of experience in youth services
  3. Minimum of one year of Supervisory Experience
  4. Experience in Detention, Law enforcement or Security Operations preferred
  5. Must possess a valid driver's license
