As an Electrical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design of automated machinery and controls, as well as overseeing the implementation of electrical systems and electronic controls.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of automated machinery and controls
- Oversee the implementation of electrical systems and electronic controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of related electrical engineering experience
- Experience with 2D CAD/electronics schematics layout
- PLC & HMI programming and troubleshooting expertise
- Knowledge of machine level and related facilities electrical requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma methodology
- Ability to manage design projects and influence others to complete projects
- Understanding of design and application of various sensor technologies
- Understanding of machine communication protocols and data acquisition
