Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA Instructor to join our team. As a CNA Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students in the field of Certified Nursing Assistance. Your primary goal will be to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to succeed in this rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for CNA students, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.
- Maintain a high level of discipline and organization within the classroom, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment.
- Prepare and submit lesson plans, training materials, and evaluation reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with industry advisors and subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and make adjustments to instruction as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in nursing education or training.
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as nursing, education, or a related field.
- Professional certification as a CNA or RN/LVN is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
