Retail Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Relationship Banker to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our clients.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial products and services to our customers, including personal banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our branch team to achieve sales and service targets, and to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales, through proactive outreach and engagement.

• Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products.
