As a key member of our outdoor education program, you will be responsible for leading groups through a variety of outdoor activities, including environmental education, team building, and adventure trips.
About the Role
- Lead groups of students, scouts, and adult groups through outdoor education programs
- Develop and implement high-quality outdoor programming, including environmental education, team building, and adventure trips
- Ensure a safe and positive atmosphere for all participants
- Manage logistics, including preparing program areas, facilitating meals and transitions, and cleaning and general maintenance of program areas
Requirements
- 1-year outdoor recreation experience or camp counselor experience preferred
- Experience working with children preferred (formally or informally)
- Must have experience or comfort with outdoor education, recreation activity, and adventure skills (camping, climbing, paddling, hiking, etc.)

Compensation
