Overview: The Donaldson Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential apartment community in Northern Virginia. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the residential community
  • Ensure property standards are upheld
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
  • Handle tenant relations and leasing processes
  • Oversee maintenance activities and property inspections
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage budgeting
