  • Preferred knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and flight control systems.
  • Operate necessary tools, machinery, and equipment proficiently while adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation, preferably in flight operations or ramp services.
  • A&P license and/or other relevant certifications are highly desirable and may be required for specific roles.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication abilities and computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various schedules and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent prioritization and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of all aircraft systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
  • Capacity to stand for a 10-hour shift and frequently climb stairs or ladders.
  • Ability to work for extended periods in confined spaces or awkward positions.
  • Comprehend and follow management directives and safety instructions without restriction.

*This position is contingent with Honda Motors (1-year or longer)*
