Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager III to join our team at ATR International. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing engaging content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Serve as a key writer on the team, contributing to the department's communications strategy and producing high-quality written deliverables for all platforms.
  • Content Execution: Develop and execute engaging content for various platforms, adapting voice and tone to effectively reach diverse audiences.
  • Liaison and Support: Serve as a liaison for communications requests, providing copyediting and fact-checking services for event pages, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Communications Planning: Support the development of cyclical and ad-hoc communications plans and messaging for all platforms.
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct partner outreach and draft the quarterly department Briefing Book.
  • Editorial Calendar Planning: Support editorial calendar planning, newsletters, and website updates for public programming platforms and company Newsmakers.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Support social media copywriting, targeted advertising, user comment moderation, reporting, and Sprinklr troubleshooting for public programming platforms and Campus Experiential Content initiatives.
  • Internal and External Communications: Serve as a key contributor for internal and external communications, recognizing the company's commemorative and heritage months.
  • Project-Based Reporting: Support the Senior Communications Manager in developing project-based executive summaries, cyclical reports, and other key reporting delivered to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the team on various internal and external communications tactics.
  • Independent Judgment and Discretion: Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Attendance and Flexibility: Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Written and Oral Skills: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Successful Writing Experience: Successful writing experience with a variety of print, video, and online communications.
  • Voice and Tone Adaptability: Ability to pivot voice and tone to effectively reach various audiences across multiple formats.
  • AP Style and Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency with AP Style and social media management platforms.
  • Senior Management Interface: Ability to effectively interface with senior management.
  • Relationship Development: Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent Judgment and Problem-Solving: Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
