We are particularly interested in candidates with a specialized focus on Gynecologic and/or Sarcoma Malignancies to help advance our service lines and elevate our program. Experience and interest in Brachytherapy is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of post-training experience; however, we also welcome applications from recent graduates who have demonstrated exceptional educational achievements.
Certification by the American Board of Radiology is required, along with the technical, scholarly, and clinical expertise necessary to establish and maintain a robust multidisciplinary clinical practice. Our mission is to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding community and a flourishing cancer program.
We will recommend an adjunct faculty appointment with the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center based on the candidate's accomplishments. There are numerous opportunities for scholarly activities, including clinical research, patient enrollment in investigator-initiated studies, MDACC-sponsored projects, and NCI-cooperative group studies.

The new Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center is located in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered facility that spans 330,000 square feet and offers a comprehensive range of oncology services. Our radiation oncology services include IMRT, SBRT, IGRT, 3D conformal radiotherapy, VMAT, 4DCT, HDR brachytherapy, and non-sealed isotopes for tumor ablation. Our advanced equipment features Varian linear accelerators, including TrueBeam and Edge systems, as well as a GammaMed HDR After-loader and GE CT/Simulator.
