As a highly skilled RN Manager, you will lead and manage the activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing units at Ascension Living.

Estimated Salary Range: $96,408.00 per yearThis competitive salary reflects the market conditions in Milwaukee, WI, and takes into account the required qualifications and experience for this role.
Job Description- Manage nursing unit(s) to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to deliver efficient and effective health services.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating staff.
You will identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services and assure resident safety by monitoring potential hazards and emergency situations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensure prior to hire.
A minimum of 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience is required, along with professional licensure/certification.
