Medical Imaging Specialist for Travel Assignment

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia.
About the Assignment:
This role requires the right individual to provide high-quality patient care and assist healthcare professionals with medical imaging procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with various medical imaging procedures, including echocardiograms and ultrasounds
- Operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining each step and providing emotional support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including test results and treatment plans
Required Qualifications:
- A valid state license to practice as an Allied Health Professional
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $48.53 per hour, with a weekly stipend of $1596. The total weekly compensation is $2196. We offer a range of benefits, including immediate enrollment in health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and an employee assistance program (EAP). You will also have access to open investment accounts and licensure and certification reimbursements.
