Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to customers to assist with account decisions and promote membership sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing signage, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases and maintain a safe and efficient checkout process.
  • Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, and organizes and maintains the facility by following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
