- Providing detailed vehicle inspections and suggesting recommendations to the service advisor.
- Delivering exceptional guest service by effectively communicating vehicle status.
- Ensuring customer vehicles are well-maintained and treated with care.
- Promoting teamwork to meet guest expectations.
- Adhering to company vehicle care policies.
- Maintaining required certifications and undergoing necessary training.
- Assisting in various service department areas, including maintenance of the premises.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
