We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team at United Wound Healing. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with our providers and partners, driving quality patient care and wound healing.

About the Role

This hybrid position offers a unique blend of remote work and on-site responsibilities, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our advanced practice providers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular reviews with assigned partners to ensure quality patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) during scheduled rounds at various facilities in the assigned region, fostering strong relationships and promoting best practices.
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training for Team-Centered Skin & Wound Care, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our partners and staff.
  • Support providers in assigned partner facilities through skin reviews, audits, and semiannual in-person rounding, driving continuous quality improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Licensed LPN in the working state.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and encourage patients and caregivers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Able to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services, with acute attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
