About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing expert wound care and education.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for partner facilities to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to promote best practices in Team-Centered Skin & Wound Care.
  • Support providers in assigned facilities through regular reviews and semiannual in-person rounds.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams during scheduled rounds at various facilities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Licensed LPN in the working state.
  • 1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (highly preferred).
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $92,000 DOE, with bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
