  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up with them as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Product Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote our products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • License Requirements: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
