Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Center Manager Trainee. As a Mathnasium Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a successful learning center. You will take care of customers, connect with your community, live our values, and learn what goes into managing a successful learning center.
Responsibilities- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Team Building: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, communication, and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service and building connections.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions, and overcoming conversational objections.
- Highly organized with managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and sense of urgency.
- Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy, interacting and working cooperatively with students, parents, and staff, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to individual needs.
- Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
