Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial planner to join our team. As a Senior Financial Planner and Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customized financial planning and investment advice to our members, guiding and mentoring other advisors, and performing investment selection, trading, and back-office activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning and investment advice to members, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Guide and mentor other advisors on client meetings and financial plan preparation.
  • Perform investment selection, trading, and back-office activities to ensure seamless execution of financial plans.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and introductory sessions to recruit new clients and grow assets under management.
  • Responsible for retaining and growing assets under management (AUM).
  • Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers to deliver all aspects of the wealth management service.
  • Contribute to the firm's business operations and strategic planning.
  • Assist with RIA compliance requirements and work with senior tax advisors on client strategy aspects of tax preparation.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience advising individual clients on investments, retirement, and tax issues.
  • Demonstrated record of client and AUM growth with an effective sales approach.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax strategies relevant to individual financial planning and investment operations.
  • Experienced with common financial planning tools (e.g., RightCapital).
  • Willing to work in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Ability and desire to mentor early-career team members.
  • Desires a compensation plan based mostly on salary with an opportunity for a team performance bonus.
  • Experience in business and office operations.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a quantitative field is required.
  • IAR (Series 65) is required. CPA, EA, CFP, and/or on-track to complete is highly desirable.
Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 Yearly Salary
