Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated cleaner to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve executing a range of cleaning duties to keep the premises immaculate. Ideal candidates should possess some prior cleaning experience and a fundamental understanding of various cleaning agents.
Key Duties Include:
- Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain the building in excellent condition.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as required.
- Cleaning and replenishing restroom supplies.
- Disposing of trash and recycling materials appropriately.
- Securing doors after operational hours.
- Addressing spills using the correct cleaning equipment.
- Informing supervisors or management of significant repair needs.
- Completing assigned tasks efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Maintaining an adequate stock of cleaning supplies.
- Collaborating with contract cleaning services when necessary.
- Executing additional responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in safely handling a variety of cleaning products.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – We utilize E-Verify.
