About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nutrition care to patients, including screening, assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with the Nutrition Department to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition trends, research, and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Develop and present nutrition education programs for patients, staff, and the public.
  • Consult with contract accounts and communicate with facility administrators regarding nutrition care provided.
Requirements
  • Professional Dietetic License required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics.
  • Licensed through the ND Board of Dietetic Practice.
  • Registered through the Commission of Dietetic Registration within four months of hire date.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and healthcare software.
