Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Anacortes, WA. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality medical images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and screenings within the scope of practice.
- Bill procedures and associated supplies accurately.
- Prioritize workflow to meet daily goals of the work group.
- Operate a variety of imaging equipment and understand its capabilities and limitations.
- Maintain expertise in data and image transfer using the image archiving system.
- Notify supervisors or managers of equipment malfunctions and notify vendors as necessary.
- Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly.
- Check the status of imaging equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
- Perform Quality Assurance testing to ensure proper calibration and optimal performance of equipment.
- Correct understanding of Radiology and CT equipment, physics, and Human Anatomy and Physiology to produce accurate images.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and co-workers.
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing CEUs for professional development on a timely basis.
- Completion of formal radiological technology training.
- Current WA State Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiological Technologists) registration.
- Current CT Certification from the ARRT (American Registry of Radiological Technologists).
- Current BLS Certification.
