Soliant Health is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a contract role in a vibrant educational environment. This position focuses on delivering essential speech and language interventions to students, aiding them in overcoming communication barriers and enhancing their academic and social achievements.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) designed to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students experiencing speech and language difficulties.
  • Collaborate with educators, guardians, and other school personnel to facilitate student development.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent discussions, and other pertinent school gatherings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in compliance with school and district regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
