Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at SCA Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for helping to drive enterprise business and Human Capital strategies across various growth businesses, including Clinical, Practice MSO and Multi-Site Integrations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for an individual who can provide strategic guidance and support to our business leaders, while driving business transformation and cultural growth.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of HR Business Partners, consulting and coaching business leaders, accelerating business transformation, and designing and deploying human capital solutions.

Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced professional with a bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalency. A minimum of 10 years of human capital experience is required, with a proven track record of leading teams and executing HR strategies. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience navigating HR Center of Service functions and influencing executives. If you are a highly influential and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
