- Customer Interaction: Welcome service customers in a courteous and professional manner, respond to their inquiries, and provide information regarding service offerings and promotions.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist service advisors in scheduling customer appointments, ensuring optimal use of service bays and technician availability.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns related to service transactions, striving to resolve issues promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Issue receipts for service transactions and maintain accurate records of cash transactions, daily activities, and deposits, ensuring proper documentation practices.
- Cash Reconciliation: Balance the cash register at the end of each shift, verify totals, investigate discrepancies, and prepare deposits for submission.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the service department to facilitate smooth customer transactions, including assisting with paperwork, answering calls, and coordinating service appointments.
