Are you passionate about sharing your love for skiing or snowboarding with others? Do you have a knack for teaching and mentoring? We're seeking enthusiastic and experienced instructors to join our team at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Job Summary:

As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll have the opportunity to work with guests of all ages and skill levels, providing expert instruction and guidance to help them improve their skills and enjoy the mountain experience. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating lifelong memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to help guests improve their skiing or snowboarding skills
  • Work with guests to create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the snow sports school team in delivering exceptional guest service
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing or snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
