Teach and Inspire on the Slopes

As a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor at Crested Butte Mountain Resort Careers, you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for winter sports with guests of all ages and abilities. Our team is dedicated to providing world-class instruction and exceptional guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create a positive learning experience
  • Work with guests to set and achieve their skiing or snowboarding goals
  • Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help guests improve their skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
