Role Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will foster meaningful connections with the residents under your care. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with competitive starting pay of up to $22.00 per hour, including shift differentials for evening and night shifts. Additional incentive pay is available for extra hours worked. Shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, upholding their rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including grooming, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and range of motion exercises.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Embrace Person-Centered Service in every interaction.
- Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and their families.
Qualifications:
- Positive and collaborative attitude with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and diverse populations.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as federal, state, and local codes applicable to the role.
