Retail Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by sweeping, zoning, and arranging merchandise as needed.
• Process member purchases, assist with transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide guidance on member self-service technology.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional member service.
