Job Summary

The Retail Associate will provide exceptional patient care and education, working closely with the dispensing facility leadership to ensure patients receive the correct medicinal products for their medical conditions. This is a part-time position that requires a strong passion for handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and education with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Ensure patients receive the correct medicinal products that best benefit their medical conditions.
  • Work closely with dispensing facility leadership to maintain compliance and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system, and Microsoft office programs.
  • Excellent consulting skills, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to detail and follow up instructions consistently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
