Job Description:

The Eisenhower Health is seeking an experienced Practice Supervisor RN to join their team. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our clinics.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can lead and manage our clinical operations. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage our clinic staff, ensuring that they provide high-quality patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
  • Support a work environment that promotes retention, productivity, diversity, employee safety, and equality.
  • Report performance improvement results to senior management and address any problems or issues accurately and timely.
  • Implement policies as directed by senior management.
  • Maintain positive relations with direct and indirect customers.
  • Develop and maintain open lines of communication between team members.
  • Maintain survey-ready clinics, compliant with JCAHO standards and state/federal regulatory bodies.
  • Organize efforts around helping patients have the most positive experience by motivating and leading staff in a Mission-driven manner.
  • Participate in the selection, training, and evaluation of staff.
  • Oversee daily scheduling for timely flow and reduced wait times.
  • Monitor electronic medical records work list and My Chart messages of all staff for timely response and follow-up.
  • Assist in patient care including rooming of patient, entering health information into EMR, administering injections, dressing changes, assist with exam or diagnostic procedure setup.
  • Responsible for the daily assessment of unit equipment to maintain quality controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • California RN license.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • 3+ years of RN experience, preferably in acute care.
  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a Wound Care clinic setting.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
