About the Position

This full-time position involves working with families and children from birth to 3 years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk for delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant-toddler development and be able to utilize a parent coaching model to support family growth.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all areas of infant-toddler development.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
