Occupational Therapist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hampshire/Franklin County, MA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with families to support the growth and development of their children from birth to age three.
**Key Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs targeting motor skills, sensory integration, and perceptual development.
- Educate parents/guardians on occupational therapy interventions and provide support and advocacy training.
- Collaborate with service coordinators, team leaders, and other providers to address family issues and service coordination needs.
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A State and national licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Current certification in infant/adult CPR and First Aid.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children.
