About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Database Systems Architect to join our team. As a Database Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and support our GIS and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data reliability, security, and availability.
  • Develop and maintain data standards, governance, and workflows for an efficient data ecosystem.
  • Integrate GIS data into our data ecosystem, supporting geospatial analyses for project and business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in database administration, GIS support, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL (Cloud offerings and on-prem), .NET, C#, and data normalization techniques.
