Hollander Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized medical malpractice nurse paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our clients.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in paralegal studies, preferably with an associate's degree or certification from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) or National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Your experience as a registered nurse (RN) will be invaluable in handling medical malpractice cases.

Responsibilities will include screening and conducting intake of new potential medical malpractice cases, ordering and reviewing medical records, and drafting letters and emails. You will also assist lawyers with preparation for depositions, mediation, and trial.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal experience: 5 years
  • Personal injury experience: 5 years
  • Associate's degree or certification from NFPA or NALA
  • Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) certification
