We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at MacLellan Integrated Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, including pumps, air compressors, HVAC systems, and other manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and reduce maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Minimum 5 years of professional industrial maintenance experience
- Training equivalent to journeyman status or certification preferred
- MIG and TIG welding experience a plus
- Strong hydraulic and pneumatic equipment experience a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency using maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
- Ability to work safely in various environments, including hot and damp conditions
- Ability to lift items up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
