Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Distribution Center employees to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
