Job Opportunity: Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at a leading food production facility in SW Wisconsin. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment related to the manufacturing process
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, as well as welding operations
  • Rebuild machines and overhaul components, including dismantling, inspection, and repair or replacement of parts
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure safe operating conditions
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and JLG lifts as required
Requirements:
  • Two-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair and maintenance, or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in reading micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices
  • Ability to read and comprehend standard operating instructions and industrial blueprints
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing facility is a plus
