Job Title: LPN Nurse

CRISTA Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The LPN Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to residents, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and maintaining accurate records. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
  • Current Washington State LPN license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
