Job Summary

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our selection slots are consistently replenished during selection operations and that all replenished slots are rotated in FIFO (first-in-first-out) order.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish selection slots during selection operations.
  • Rotate product FIFO (first-in-first-out).
  • Clean and sanitize the work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiently utilizing a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
  • Basic knowledge of fresh produce.
  • Experience in replenishment, cycling of product, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and other returns-related functions.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, turning the body, and walking.
  • Lifting and moving cases (selecting a product and placing on a pallet) ranging in weight up to 75 lbs continuously to and from heights ranging from floor to knee, waist, shoulder, and overhead.
  • Using hands and fingers to peel and stick labels on cases.
  • Handling and feeling objects and/or equipment controls; reaching with hands and arms.
  • Talking and hearing; must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery and equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in confined spaces and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of endurance, energy, and strength.
