Job Summary
We are looking for a Support Staff to provide daily support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. As a Support Staff, you will play a vital role in helping our residents lead self-directed, meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, budgeting, and shopping
- Participate in fun activities and outings with residents
- Mentor residents to learn new skills and promote independence
- Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
- No experience necessary; we provide training
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
