We are seeking a skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team at Mossy Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are presented in the best possible condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, and torn upholstery.
- Restore vehicles using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to a high shine.
- Clean interior and exterior windows.
- Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials.
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and devices.
- Clean engine and engine compartment using steam-cleaning equipment.
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
- Utilize special-purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles.
- Operate all tools in a safe manner, using proper eye, hand, and body protection.
- Report any safety issues immediately to management.
- Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable conditions at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude.
- Valid CA Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Required.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and motivation towards improvement on job performance.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
