Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and improve function.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with LHC Group's policies and procedures.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
