Job Title: Loan Closer

At Lennar Mortgage, we are seeking a highly skilled Loan Closer to join our team. As a Loan Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth closing of loans, working closely with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with closing agents to ensure timely and efficient loan closings
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of loan closings and related documentation
  • Collaborate with loan processors and production staff to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing and/or processing
  • Strong computer skills and experience with mortgage software
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of closing and title requirements
