Work Schedule:
*Shift*: Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of $68
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000 (with a one-year commitment)

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant hospital experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care through collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments, while involving the patient's family and significant others.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and accepted standards of care.
• Engage effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans, setting short and long-term goals, and facilitating discharge planning.

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center with 356 beds, where our nursing units foster a family-like atmosphere. Our staff enjoys ample support from Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), contributing to a positive work environment.
