Broadcast Content Manager

The successful candidate will oversee all news, weather, and sports content production, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of the News Department.
• Hiring, training, evaluating, and managing news staff.
• Leading news coverage across both broadcast and digital platforms.
• Conducting daily reviews of newscasts to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Allocating assignments to team members and ensuring timely completion.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
