About the Job:
Retail Keyholder for a dynamic retail environment. As part of Framebridge's growing brick and mortar retail spaces, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set the standard for customer service excellence and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
- Support onboarding and training of retail associates to ensure they meet customer experience and financial goals
- Execute operational activities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop deep product knowledge and provide design advice to customers and train retail associates to do the same

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or key holder in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
