About the Role:

Aaron's is a leading sales and lease-to-ownership company specializing in specialty items, including furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences across our stores.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Sales Performance: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through effective marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and duties.
  • Physical Job Requirements: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly, as required by the role.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Driver's License: Valid state driver's license and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
