Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Teller Lead to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor tellers to improve customer service skills and increase sales
• Supervise customer transactions and identify opportunities to cross-sell PNC products
• Greet customers in the lobby and provide education on new technology
• Assist with outbound calling initiatives and perform lobby engagement activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or customer service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
